I know that wedding cakes are made in advance, usually a few days to a week, of the wedding day. I’m wondering if there is something unique about a wedding cake recipe that differs from a typical cake recipe so that the cake stays moist for so long. We’re looking for a great chocolate wedding cake recipe if anyone as any! THANKS!

Also how do I know how to get the timing of the music down so it ends at the right moment after they come down the isle when there’s no way to know until the rehearsal itself. I’m planning my friends wedding and her cousin is a priest who they’d like to have conduct the vows.

They want a catholic wedding, one honored by the church, but they want to have a outdoor wedding as well. As Catholic’s are we allowed to be wed outside the church or does it need to be in a church in order to have your wedding blessed by the church?
